Hi! We’re two young adults from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. One of us has kidney disease and one of us loves someone with kidney disease. Maybe you’re here because of one of those reasons. We’re glad you came!

This whole idea started as Christmas gift for our families, but we quickly realized that a kidney friendly cookbook created by people who have to live it every day could be useful to a lot more people.

On this site, you’ll find our cookbook available as a digital download and as a hard cover, featuring over 50 recipes, from essentials like mustard and ketchup to bread to dinners you may not initially think of as kidney safe (chicken fingers! pizza!). We’ve also linked to other resources referenced in our cookbook such as how to link and tie sausage.
